RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or wrong-size products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be presented no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. At this time, customers will pay the shipping for the returned item.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you received a defective or damaged product, make a claim below with documentation of the damage or defect. Once a claim is created, we can ship a new item.
WRONG SIZE
If you’ve ordered an incorrect size or need to upsize or downsize, claim below. Once the return has been confirmed, we will ship you a new item.
WRONG ADDRESS
If your address is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to us. Once we have confirmed an updated address, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
UNCLAIMED
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please ship your return to the address on your package unless otherwise instructed. We use multiple shipping centers to ensure it goes to the correct facility.
